I am Stephanie Brekstad, a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) dedicated to supporting children (5 yrs.) to adults on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. With 4 years of experience in the field, I bring a compassionate, client-centered and problem focused approach to mental health counseling. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop the skills needed for positive change or healing. My expertise encompasses a range of mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate grief. The death of a loved one, is life altering.
